I think once upon a time, some dumb politician used it to announce something dumb and it didn’t work lol
I blow hot air.

So they’re adopting a similar structure to OpenAI, a for-profit company majority controlled by a non-profit organization.
I’m an android user but this is cool af
I learned that type of stuff in college, so I can’t personally recommend any online sources. However, I can tell you that what you’re looking for falls under “Data Structures and Algorithms”. IIRC my degree required 3 classes with that name. Lots of sorting algorithms in that field since they make great case studies.
You learn the various data structures and algorithms available, their strengths and weaknesses, how they work, when to use them, etc…
You also learn how to measure performance, like Big-O notation, the bane of many a CS student’s existence.
P-state what now? We all know what the real commit was

Public flogging of a child is to be executed by the nearest authority figure upon any misbehavior, outburst, or disrespect perpetrated by, or suspected to be perpetrated by, said child. If their innate shortcomings are not beaten out of them at the earliest opportunity, they are bound to develop into unemployed hooligans.
Including women??? Well I say! It’s only proper to publicly flog men. Everyone knows that!
Needs based support is definitely a good thing, but that’s not what SS is. That’s closer to welfare and would require a much deeper look into people’s financial situation than a retirement program like SS.
I could make $500k/yr while working then experience some disaster/disability that takes it all away. Conversely, I could be homeless then suddenly come into massive wealth later in my life. Or, I could live a lavish life because my parents/SO are extremely wealthy, yet I am dirt poor on paper. SS is not designed for these situations, and attempting to modify it to fit them is probably a worse idea than bolstering other entitlement programs that are designed to fill in the gaps.
Wouldn’t removing the cap just delay the issue? You get more out of SS the more you put in. The cap exists because there is a maximum amount you can get out of SS. If they remove the input cap, then that implies they’d remove the output cap too. In which case, the immediate result is a lot more money flowing into SS, but over time, a whole lot more money will start flowing out, too.
Outrage, yes, but what about decreased usage? What’s the effect on revenue and stock price? C-suite pay?
I’m more cynical, I think it’s just for clout and marketing. IA is widely known and used, so an attack is guaranteed to be noticed and generate news articles. They’re also known for having large robust infrastructure, but they aren’t large enough that an attack is impossible, so a successful attack is impressive yet still feasible. If someone can pull it off, it would make great marketing for their black market DDOS service and also grant huge bragging rights in certain communities.
Yep, that protection plan is $1.49. The real sin here is having the “Original Price” not be an obvious order total, but that’s pretty minor.
The interesting question is what happens if Valve is still around after all of us are long gone and there are millions of 150+ year old accounts, many under active use?
Yeah but then they got $900k, could an attorney have done that?
Yes, it depends on where the roads and rails are built and how direct their paths are.
The people in the meme are at about Seattle and NYC, which is a little over 3k miles apart (by car). You’d need to be going 250mph for the entire 12 hours to make that distance. A quick google search says that the maximum operating speed of a bullet train is 200mph, but tests have been conducted at 275mph.
So, you’d need to go non-stop at 125% max speed to make the trip in 12 hours. Even if you went at 275mph, realistically you’d make a lot of stops along the way, which is going to make the average speed a lot lower. Trains are great, but the US is really big.
Bonus fact: a non-stop flight from Seattle to NYC takes about 5.5 hours.
The measure signed by DeSantis would also launch a study of small nuclear reactor technology, expand the use of vehicles powered by hydrogen and enhance electric grid security, according to the governor’s office.
Got some whiplash at the end there after reading some of the most dumbass policies that’ve ever been written.

8 dead and 40 hospitalized with a high probability that more will die all because some bozo decided to drive drunk? It wasn’t even a real “truck”, just a pickup truck. Absolute nightmare scenario.
