@Funkymatt You want something that tells people that doing a U-Turn is a normal thing to do with a car?

You guys confused me because I couldn’t see any emojis in any of your names. Until I clicked on @SgtSilverLining 's name and then the link to view the profile in the original instance. Turns out kbin doesn’t have the concept of a display name, only usernames.
and even emojis (as you can see with mine).
Looks like either you have a capital letter in your username and what I see is your username, or you don’t have an emoji in your display name, or kbin strips emojis from usernames.
Edit: It appears kbin shows people’s usernames, not their display names. That said, you still seem to have a capital letter in your username.
@PlutoniumAcid Use F1 for keybindings of your own choosing. Unlike with NumLock, that actually works regardless of what kind of keyboard it is.
Why ID 85347 in particular?
That or she just claims it isn’t enough of a crime to punish it.
As a kbin user, I’m really excited about Artemis.
Sadly not. It might not even be appealable.
I would claim actual free speech absolutists don’t exist.
Musk is a proponent of near-absolute free speech
Anything goes, so long as it doesn’t hurt his feelings personally
Does he? Is that even possible?
The difference is that rather than just having no expectation of privacy against recording (Reddit model), in federated space you are guaranteed an official subtitled hologram with sound is recorded by design and shipped to other town squares all over the world and shown. And you have no expectation that you’ll be able to convince those town squares to delete theirs once they have it and basically no chance to if your own town square is bulldozed or your town has gotten into a feud with theirs since you did your townsquare shouting.

Boneappletea?
Are you saying that these CEOs have it in their contracts that they get a ridiculous amount of money if they fuck up enough to get fired? Doesn’t that incentivize them to be reckless?
My thought exactly as soon as I heard that monster is being “exiled” to Belarus.
Not saying it’s in any way realistic, just that that’s what it would take for me to consider maybe rejoining Reddit.
second meme on the page, reaction to first one.
Taught me how to avoid Poseidon’s kiss.
Jedi council of Elrond? I’m not sure what a subreddit with such a name would be about. Summary?
Easy. Kbin/lemmy admins actually listen to their users, unlike spez and his cronies. The asshole can move to their own instance and continue there, but that might get them defederated.
@Boozilla Smoked trout is the only trout based food I know that doesn’t smell like satan’s unwashed genitals.
