Yeah but AI actively makes the learning itself worse, unlike writing did. AI in learning only serves the purpose of being faster and easier, but it’s just unreliable data scraped from infos you could’ve checked yourself. Researching things yourself is inherently better, it gives you more knowledge, the knowledge is more complete, and the chance of there being straight hallucination’s is basically zero. It has value, but not right now, where it’s just a fancy translator that acts as some know-it-all

Sounds like a skill issue to me. Look at what caused the error and learn from it, don’t put it in a slop grinder and get the ready solution. If you want hand holding you’ll be using a distro that will not cause you those issues, if you’re not, you have to accept that you gotta put work in

To be fair, i think the language is a non-issue. sure, not everyone speaks english as a first language, but many people speak it as a second and the Arch Wiki specifically but also others are indeed translated in other languages.
