You don’t need to register your political affiliation in the us. You can register as independent. As far as i know it just dictates what ballot you’ll get (which is silly)

I dont know. The rules are so confining and strict that i literally got an account site wide ban every few months… sometimes longer but no matter what i always got a ban.
