My point was that such (explanation + evidence) would be provided for every instance of banning. That was not made explicit in your post and that’s why I brought it up.

But what of my idea for providing a modicum of justicely due process and transparency? The document justifying the ban. That was my point.

I’m sure that if we picked through your mind we would find something to be deeply offended by too. But we lack ESP. So it’s the artists that get exposed to judgment while the rest of us basically hide it.

This design of this forum (subcontracted despotism or whatever) makes censorship very easy. And modern society is so often a race to who can get offended first. So to avoid shenanigans, any banned artist should have an associated document (a pinned post? Wiki entry?) explaining why that artist is banned, with substantiating evidence, for future reference.

Piracy is always justifiable. Get it. Get the whole dang season.

I think it’s the default style. The style formed when you merge all styles on earth. And most people don’t care enough/feel confident enough/know enough to tell the AI to do it different.
