Agree with the other poster - too open is a net negative. There’s like 3 games I don’t want to play for 1 game I do.

There’s an RPG meetup I go to sometimes. They list some games on their blurbs so people know it’s not just a DND hangout.

Matching average tone and depth is an important skill.

Personally I would want to know what kind of games. There’s a wide range. Monopoly? Catan? A six hour indie extravaganza? Same with cards and video games. Like I would go to a sekiro tournament but avoid a CoD thing.

I’m pretty happy in New York City. But I’d probably go to somewhere in Europe if I had to leave. Or maybe Montreal. I’d want to do some research and visit before picking a long term home though.

I visited recently and had so much poutine. Everyone was super friendly. Great time.

I dislike AI. It’s like the one ring. Stop trying to use it. But all these people think they’re stronger than Boromir.

That’s tough. Lot of choices. Are we filtering by “most impactful” or “most likely to replay” or something else? I’ll go games that made a big impression on me. There’s some boss towards older games.

I feel like most of the people with money would just play it up to be super cool instead of a dystopia. And given the Epstein stuff, not lightly edit it so the girl is of appropriate age.

These fines need to increase by like a factor of 100, or key decision makers need to see serous jail time.

One time a former partner and I were doing it in the morning. Sunlight streaming through the window. They’re on top. Everything’s great.

They’re on their period. They dismount. Some combination of biology and physics made my dick like slap back toward my stomach, and flick a huge splatter of blood into the air. In my mind it went in slow motion, shimmering and roiling through the sunlight until it hit the wall. I was like “holy shit that was amazing!!”

They were really embarrassed and ran off to the bathroom.

It seems like a lot of this comes down to “the bike and pedestrian stuff is better for everyone, even drivers. But some people just don’t believe that, despite all evidence”
