Part of this makes sense. Then it devolves into talking about how “woke democrats” were part of what “normal Americans” were “petrified” about, and then the author mentions how people are starting to listen to RFK. Finally, you’ll come to the footnote stating the author was a writer in the Reagan and Bush Sr. administrations, and the tone makes sense.

Americans are petrified. But the author categorically fails to recognize that the fear is by-design, and is coming predominantly from one specific political party, and it’s not the one that’s “woke”.

Complete garbage article. This was my favorite part:

They now look out their windows at a nation that has been purposefully divided by political elites, activists and anarchists looking to consolidate power, increase their control over the masses, cash in or (usually) all three.

Anarchists…trying to consolidate power, control the masses, and profit? Umm, that’s…not what anarchists do. Quite the opposite, actually. Sure, it’d be great if more anarchist ideas spread throughout the populace and the ideas created a powerful movement of positive cooperation but…they described capitalists. Anarchist entrepreneurs? Just…what.

And I love that they’re like, “people are poor and abused by an unjust system.” And then don’t mention the fucking capitalists responsible. Jesus hoppin’ Christ what the fuck is this person on?

Oh, well, they’re on capitalist brain rot. That’s right. Forgot for a second.
