And through long hard fought efforts to cripple the Missouri education system as much as possible, it’s a pretty reliable bet.
Turns out that people tend to vote for progressive policies when given the option in fair elections.
That’s why the reactionaries love forcing such ballot measures to be worded confusingly and/or use loaded language.
