There is zero excuse to let Trump enter office with a bunch of court vacancies again.
If Biden is truly concerned with trump abusing the justice system, why isnt he even appointing judges?
You could argue Joe “the Senate whisper” Biden can’t do anything with a Dem Senate.
But they can’t do anything when he refuses to even nominate judges.
And the idea here was that at least two of those four circuit court nominees might not have had majority support from the Democrats in the first place.
There are reports that Senate Democrats have cut a deal with Republicans to abandon efforts to confirm these circuit court nominees. If this is true, it is a travesty.
