That sounds like a nonsense petition. Fox is very hands-off when it comes to network affiliate stations. (I worked for one and am no fan of Fox News.) They do broadcast the occasional Fox News package, but I would be very surprised if Paducah Fox News at 10 or whatever was talking about the election being stolen in between talking about the city council meeting and the ice cream eating squirrel.
