It’s tasty and the bitter stuff sorta satisfies the desire to drink alcohol.

Right? I ansolutely also do find it satisfies the itch that “wants/needs” a drink

Bitter? Most of them are heavily fruit-flavored.

          Sour, yes. But not bitter.

Beer is the most carbonated drink that I will enjoy, kombucha is just a bit too bubbly for my taste. But it kind of has a similar feeling to drink without getting drunk.

I love it. Give me that funk baby. I want all those fermented foods that give me a healthy gut microbiome. Kombucha, Kimchi, sauerkraut, yogurt, and some kefir every now and again.

I don’t know if the different fermented foods end up fighting in my gut or they live as peaceful neighbors, but the more I eat the more I want.

Oh it doesn’t happen every time or anything. It’s more just what my wife and I call any fart the day after drinking kombucha.

Not really? Instead of mixing regular yoghurt with water, just use drinkable yoghurt. Easy substitution.

I personally don’t like it that much. If I want probiotics, I’d rather ingest an alternative that isn’t gassy.
