      Seems like it’s a thing only in the US. Makes sense I’ve never seen them, since I’ve never been there.

        The us and UK are the only places with systems like this to my knowledge.

        There’s a good chance there’s systems like this elsewhere as well but by different names.

        There’s a little bit of need. This is an article talking about the widespread abuse of the devices, someone descrubed the devices, saying “well i’ve never seen one” serves exactly zero good purpose
