    We have a saying here in Denmark that roughly translates to: Dumber than allowed by the police.
    By that logic they do indeed belong in prison for their stupidity. Except in USA the police is part of the problem too.

        Have you seen police in the middle east? India? How police in African countries? North Korea? Columbia? Venezuela?
