It teaches you how to think, it teaches you diligence and critical thinking and grows you as a person. I don’t want to live in a society with a bunch of dumbfucks just because their parents couldn’t afford to put their children through college. There is so much more to education and learning than potential future profit, it’s about creating a healthy, liveable society. No wonder you get trump voters and vote abstainers when they never were taught how to use their brains and why that is important.
