I wouldn’t try plums or strawberries on pizza. But that’s mostly because I hate fruit. Although I like pineapple on pizza and I’ve had good pizza with pear.
AARGHH! I should have drizzled some balsamic vinegar on as well. Next time…
I have a plumtree and have done plum on a pizza, balsamic reduction and a little bit of soft goat cheese makes it really pop.
