I don’t think that D&D elves worked like that in first edition, but it doesn’t really matter. 1st edition didn’t come out until 1974 so, Star Trek (TOS) was well over by then. It could have influenced TAS, but I’ve no clue how much Roddenberry was involved there.
I kinda suspect that if there was any D&D influence that came in with Berman.
