I need to stop streaming and just buy my music, cause that’s crazy 😬

You could still stream from your own music library.

But yeah, with just 20GB of music you might as well just store it directly on your device and play it from there. Still a hassle if you are using multiple devices and want to keep your collections in sync.

With trebel music, I would have to pay for a monthly subscription to truly download to listen to all of that music. I might as well just buy the albums and put in in a SD card. I think I’m just getting tired of streaminf, the ads that comes with it and the amount of space it consumes.

What is Trebel? Their page is very vague and doesn’t really offer an explanation

Trebel music is an app for streaming music with very limited ads. You can also put your music form your MP3 player on there as well. It’s not open source software and most of its features come from paying a subscription if wanting to truly go offline, but you can’t download the music to your phone when doing so.

Can’t relate, as I listen from Bandcamp quite a lot, and neither NewPipe nor my browser take gigabytes of space to do it. And when I’m offline I have podcasts and audiobooks instead so I don’t have to deal with streaming apps.
