Agreed. It’s a popular opinion but it treats the opposition like animals that couldn’t know better and will never change, and thus can’t be held accountable. Beefing with bad allies is preferred by many, and sometimes makes sense as a strategic priority (housekeeping) but where its purpose deviates from shared objectives, like stronger collective action, it’s just “in-fighting.”
