how do you make that calculation just out of interest. I “vibed” 5x but didn’t know how to calculate it

  5 per cent/per 100. 20 goes into 100 5 times so 5 goes into 100 20 times. Also 5 is half of 10 that goes into 100 10 times? Idk how does math even work
