After testing started in January, Google Messages is expanding beta access to a redesign of the long-press menu that aids one-handed usage.

    Background blur? Who asked for this?

    Just looks like a bunch of bullshit that ensures my 5 year old phone can’t run the app with any reasonable response time.

      Background blur is one of the things making me stuck on iOS. Blur algorithms run performantly on hardware older than what you have, so don’t sweat it.
