For those who grew up with the Internet Café, would you go back if they returned in the face of growing hardware costs?

I would if I had some close by. I always enjoyed them, much more so abroad than in my country, as here it’s mostly just some tables jumbled together in a small room. But if it has the luxury of the ones I encountered abroad with a full drinks and snacks line-up, comfy chairs and lots of room, I’d be in there A LOT.
