I’m in a happy position of being able to use a excellent private tracker, but about once a year I do get something from pirate bay because I cant find it elsewhere. Yeah that happens. The company issuing the DMCA notice doesn’t know who you are, they just log the IP address and send a notice to the ISP, who forwards it to you.
The ISP can absolutely cancel your account if they keep getting notices about your activities though.

I mean that has nothing to do with tpb but just you not force binding vpn adapter to your torrent client
