The son of a co-founder of a popular Texas gas station chain is facing a new felony charge in Travis County, less than a year after being indicted on multiple counts of felony invasive visual recording.
29-year-old Mitchell Wasek, son of Bucee’s co-founder Don Wasek, has been charged with third-degree felony possession or promotion of child pornography.
A warrant for his arrest was issued on Feb. 27 and bond has been set at $50,000, according to court records.
That article was old, but pretrial was supposed to start like a week ago, very very hard to find recent articles, but that’s the entire point of all this bullshit. They’re creating as much noise as possible because anything is better than that trial for their image.
The CEO will shit on a sidewalk if it’s a guilty verdict, that’s still preferable to people talking about the founder’s son and trying it to the brand.

Jon Oliver did a whole deep dive on the company and their lawsuits and everything, and he completely missed it.
When I first heard about it, I didn’t believe it because surely it would have been huge news. They must have a crazy good PR team.
Legal Eagle did a breakdown of them after Oliver’s segment as well that’s worth watching.

He is apparently trying get identities of those accusing him in the civil suit.
The only other thing I could find was a video on Yahoo from two weeks ago that seems to have the same info. Nothing on the criminal side.
