Imagination Library, the nonprofit founded by Parton that sends free books to children across the world, faces an uncertain future in Indiana and Missouri as Republican lawmakers limit public funding, Newsweekreported Wednesday.
If I were a Dem candidate going against a MAGA that voted down Dolly’s books, I’d mention it in every ad.
There is a shitload more democrats could be doing to counter Trump. One of them is prebunking, and I don’t see one fucking democrat doing it. It’s a psychological technique where someone informs an audience beforehand about manipulative rhetorical techniques their opponent might use. It lessens the impacts of those techniques. With Trump this would be like shooting fish in a barrel. Come on fucking democrats! I’m pissed.
