Sadism is the path that connects them all together.
They want to see liberals and leftists and minorities in pain. They enjoy it.
It’s just so foreign to me to feel that way, it’s really difficult to fathom how some people arrive to that path. I’m sure it stems from fear but yikes.
From my personal observations, it’s kind of like how during the Holocaust the Nazis recruited the Kapos. Some people would gladly join their persecutors if it meant they would have power over their peers and the chance of lesser punishment towards themselves.

That’s the problem, they have no shame and refuse to feel any guilt about what they are doing
You think they give a shit? They buy the bullshit that this is endangering their children. That there’s social contagion and theirs could be next, and it also means their kid might be going to hell etc.
Unfortunately, changing hearts and minds is complicated. But it’s the only way we get to a world of empathy toward those of us who are different.

Sure, but it’s a good question that should be taken seriously, because it matters. It matters when people don’t actually care. It’s hard for normal people with hearts and souls to imagine. That’s why we invented devils and demon possession in the past.

Are you just now discovering that about a third of the population simply lack empathy? They are incapable of feeling for others, sociopaths.
It’s why you see so many people say they’ll pray for people in bad situations instead of actually helping in any way… for some reason is a socially acceptable replacement for doing absolutely nothing with no repurcussions.
