She has more than earned the scorn she gets, she just also happens to be a woman on the internet and that comes with sexism by default.
I mean, actively silencing people because they can’t afford a lawyer to defend themselves is pretty much all you need to be a piece of shit. Parody has repeatedly been upheld as fair use, however you still have to appear and defend yourself and that takes time and money, more than most people have. So in effect C&D letters become one sided sledgehammers when used against average people.

Other than the C&D letters (which I haven’t found any evidence of a source for yet but I haven’t tried very hard), how has she done that?
