    They have the right to make Nazi salutes. That’s protected by the US 1st Amendment. They will not face legal consequences for doing so. What they are suing for is taking away other people’s right to disassociate from them for making Nazi salutes.

      The university can tell them to gtfo.

      If they want to stand on a public street corner, nazi-salutung like the bags of shit they are, they can knock themselves out.

        Yeah, of course. That’s what I’m saying. They aren’t suing for the right to be hateful. They already have that right. They are suing for the right to prevent the university from disassociating from them for being hateful. Which is to say they are suing to remove rights from those who disagree with them.
