    This would be ideal but in my personal experience with my parents and their peers, who are all in their early 70s, is even if you can convince them to agree on the class war they almost universally will state they’ll be dead soon with the implication being it’s not their problem

      I once told a boomer that we were all just waiting for them to die off so we could actually make some positive changes in the world, and they were shocked. I’m like “You said you were going to continue voting like this no matter who the candidates are until you die. I’m just waiting for the terms to be fulfilled.”

      Every four years our president gets four years older, surely that trend can’t go on forever?
