Biden and Obama are shades of grey like everyone else. Obama did plenty of awful things. Acknowledging that doesn’t make him a cartoon villain, just like admitting he did good things doesn’t make him a saint.

Funny enough, we teach this to children and is actually Christian doctrine that the Trumpublicans claim to believe in, but clearly don’t.
I’m not moving the goalposts. I said right from the beginning, Obama and Biden were good people who do bad things, and Trump is a bad person doing bad things. The only time Trump does anything good is an accident.
Israel committing genocide is not the same thing as Biden supporting it, and conflating the two is completely dishonest.
You can rightly condemn what Netanyahu’s government is doing while recognizing that the Biden administration was stuck trying to manage an official ally, push aid corridors, and broker hostage deals to stop a wider war.
You want to see what actually supporting it looks like? Look at Trump telling Bibi to “finish the problem” and openly treating the annihilation and displacement of Palestinians like real estate development.
Lumping Biden, who was actively pushing for restraint and humanitarian corridors, in with an authoritarian who cheers on the slaughter is the exact lazy, cartoonish framing I was calling out.
