I think “I don’t know” should be considered a valid answer from everyone who’s day job is not related to geopolitics. Because that is the truth for most people: they don’t know. Looking at Sheeran’s statement, I don’t get the vibe that he’s a Zionist, I get the vibe of someone who hasn’t spent much time thinking about the topic putting his foot in his mouth, even after his PR team told him to keep his mouth shut.
