I’m never sure how much Q magic happens to erase the crews memories.
They always return to only a few bridge officers remember the whole thing.
Actually, in hindsight that would be so depressing to find out the Q with their omnipotence and probably future sight found you so uninteresting as to write your mind, but not the guys you work with
Was rewatching TNG and came to Hide and Q. There’s a shot where Wesley finds himself back on the bridge, just after being stabbed. He looks down at his chest and is feeling around for a sign of the wound. I’d say he definitely remembers it. Now, there could still be in-universe ways around the flub. In the Voyager episode Unforgettable, the Ramuran emit a pheromone that causes memories to fade after a few hours. And if they can do something like that, so can Q.
