I haven’t had any problems learning skills, yet, but I have had problems with:
tools like code editors rarely having a No-AI policy and
networking with people because wayyy too many people looking for friends use those fucking psychosis machines and I don’t trust people who have anything less than an strong negative opinion on them.
I’m not as anti-AI as some folks on here tho, especially since LM-Studio is a thing with assortment of models to run locally. Probably would have few psychotic breaks by now from loads of paperwork I have all the time if not for these models.
But I draw the line at creative work. If half of the workflow is vibe-something - then it loses the creative part. Not to mention that with 3D modelling specifically (what interests me personally) it’s just an illusion of going faster - one will just waste a lot of time fixing and remeshing mess that AI gave out.

#2 is super relevant to me. I hate having the ambiguity over whether I’m talking to the person or their robot butler.
Agreed. It gives me the same visceral negative reaction as if someone told me they were racist, sexist, or ableist.
