This is the TV show “Wings”. This episode aired in 1994, so this is probably work Frakes was doing right after “All Good things…” wrapped.

I always watch non-trek Frakes on drunk mode (50% speed) after seeing those hilarious Fact or Fiction clips.

I was expecting him to use the Riker Maneuver to win her over but he didn’t even have to do that.
I saw this video pop up on my feed yesterday too…but didn’t watch it.
I did, however watch that episode of Wings when it originally aired. Wings is one of those shows that seemed like it should have been more successful but unfortunately it was existing in the shadow of Cheers (and existed in the same universe)
I enjoyed Wings when it was on, but when I saw it on reruns, I didn’t enjoy it nearly as much. It did last several seasons.
7 seasons, and like a lot of shows the final 1 or 2 turn everyone into charicatures of themselves and plots get a little absurd.
I’d probably still enjoy it but like most sitcoms of the era the jokes and humor aged a little different

I didn’t say it wasn’t successful. It was nominated for 3 Emmy’s; 1 technical and 2 for guest stars…one of which was for Frasier’s crossover. Iirc there were 3 episodes where Cheers characters guest started, or cameo, but no mention of Wings on Cheers.
Underrated or overshadowed is more accurate.
I get it, I’m just being a pedantic asshole on the internet - just like how much more successful can you really get than that especially for a spin off series?

Was able to guess the show from just the background. I really wonder how well it holds up now.
