        Or move them to one of the swamp states who have too much water? Might help dry it a little if they drink some of it.

        A person cannot just decide to move to another country and the next day they’re renting a home and working a job.

        So no, they aren’t going to move.

          In some places like the EU, they can. Don’t let an imaginary line on a map limit your imagination of what is and is not possible 🤷
