I don’t either, honestly. But my partner is a Cortado fangirl so I’m learning to make it as best I can. Luckily I really like the smell, and I can steam a nice Chain Latte for myself on it.

Hard disagree. Built a Gaggimate, can download custom shot profiles and upload shot logs for tasting notes.
I admit, I don’t drink coffee at all, but this Gaggimate thing look interesting.
