    Good thing the ICC’s headquarters is not in the US.

    If it were I can just see Trump & Co shutting down the offices they work out of.

      Sadly, they still get hit by sanctions when it comes to banking, software, etc.

      If Europe and the rest of the world doesn’t immediately defend it, it might be done for.

      This also will probably accelerate the decoupling from US services and software the rest of the world has been working on.

        Something tells me the image of the ICC faxing things to people in the name of justice will stick. But they’ll probably just use Proton Mail or something.

        The idea that to serve on this court, you have to face sanctions, might scare away a lot of judges, but the ones who still choose to do it will know exactly what they’re doing this for.

          Yeah, I get the impression Navi Pillay would have joined regardless of that sanction risk, as an example.
