Every line in the boot path is code we wrote. There is zero Apple code between power-on and Linux. The bootloader is ours, top to bottom. To our knowledge, no one has done this on an A13 device before.

Excellent. I want a not Android and not iOS.
Can I interest you in a Windows phone?
Stupid monkey’s paw
Was actually good
I had one and enjoyed it.
I had one and you are incorrect
I miss my Windows phone. Just wish it had more app support
The hardware was good for the time, and the UI/UX was a solid concept. However, it came way late to the party.
I couldn’t hate anything more than I hated the Windows phone UI. It constantly felt like everything was constantly cut off, or like I was looking at my phone through a keyhole.
Then on the other end windows 8 it felt like there was too much empty space, bad on small and large displays.
This 10,000 times. I thought the phone UI was novel and useful at the time but that never translated to the desktop or even a touch screen.
Compared to the recent iOS versions, I’ll take it.
One of my most miserable job phones.
