        Ireland would be in the top 10 (if such an index were to exist) as we’re currently sitting around #4 in the Human Freedom Index. But we’re militarily neutral, and far more experienced in peace keeping rather than strategic military conflict.

        So we’d sit that one out.

            I suppose the weaker countries aren’t the big problem, and peacekeeping forces have been deployed to a few of them in the past.

            A lot of conflicts are fueled by the big countries giving arms to both side in civil wars . How would you stop that
