My instance doesn’t have downvotes but a lot of people don’t like sports cars. Unless you’re driving exclusively on closed tracks, have a quiet sports car and drive without exceeding speed limits (possible but not what people imagine when they see “driving sports cars”) you’re adding to noise pollution that literally kills people and are putting other drivers in danger. Driving is dangerous enough without people racing on public roads. So I imagine it’s because of that.
