If Biden somehow wins, then I’ll be the first to apologize and trust Democrats more blindly after their gaffe in 2016. However, if he loses I’ll be 100% convinced they make secret deals behind the scenes and never participate in their stupid game again.

Yes, he’s not running because he’s the incumbent president who already beat Trump, its a psyop to help Trump.

This site is full of fucking crackpots sometimes.

          already beat Trump

Barely. Won the popular vote by a smaller margin than Hillary did in 2016 and won the few swing states that determined thr EC by a smaller margin than Trump did that same year.

And that was with more people voting against Trump than for Biden. Using “I’m not Trump” as the foundation strategy of his campaign.

He’s using the same strategy even though it barely worked the first time and it works much better AGAINST an overwhelmingly terrible incumbent than FOR a mostly underwhelming incumbent.

Only his most fanatic (or rich) followers claim that he’s significantly changed their lives for the better since the wrecking ball that is Trump.

His stance on the genocide is extremely unpopular, especially amongst all the people who are his own potential voters.

His refusal to either back down on his unconditional support for a fascist apartheid regime committing crimes against humanity every day or drop out of a race he’s losing has exposed the one aspect where he and Trump are completely identical:

They’re both pathologically unable to admit mistakes and take constructive criticism into account. A trait that should disqualify them both from holding high office, let alone the highest of all.

TL;DR: Biden is throwing American democracy away because of a combination of bad strategy and his Trump-like pathological stubbornness and pride.

I wonder how much of this is Biden being unwilling to accept the fact that he’s not stepping out of the race on his own terms.

It would be one thing if Biden died of natural causes while in office. Or making a conscious decision not to run again (for any reason or no reason at all). Or even losing the election in November. It’s a completely different thing to accept that you are simply unable to perform your duties any more, and even more difficult to accept the fact that everyone around you knows it too. Most people cannot handle that no matter what their position is in life. It’s almost instinctual to want to fight on as long as you think you can. And nobody wants to admit that they just can’t, not even to themselves. Now imagine going through that when you’re doing the most powerful job on the planet, and the entire world is watching.

And now Biden is making the exact same mistake that RBG just did, and others have done before her – staying in the job far longer than they should have instead of stepping down on their own terms when they can basically choose their successor. And RBG’s dying words were her realizing what a huge mistake that was. Biden is going down the same path. Every day he stays in the race is a day that his successor isn’t on the campaign trail making sure we don’t lose our country to Trump.

Nobody can mop that floor. His voters are not swayed by anything. At best you can eek out a couple points and hope it goes your way at the electoral college level.

You could have trump grab and rape children at his rallies on stage and his supporters would cheer for it. I bet the parents would even love it if their child got raped by trump. They’re already cheering for a child rapist.

Urging the president to consult the advice of advisers who are not in his immediate circle, Schiff appeared to suggest that he was concerned over multiple reports that Biden’s inner circle and family members, including his son Hunter Biden, are having an outsized—and potentially damaging—influence on the president’s defiance in staying in the race.

The only people saying Biden can’t step down, are the ones with connections to him that directly benefit from it being Biden.

For some staffers, they’re out of a job if it’s anyone but Biden.

Not to mention if he’s incapable, they get to be the ones running shit.

Biden was never that aggressive in attacking any opponent. His game was always in driving home his own position while making others look foolish in comparison.

Strength isn’t only defined by attacking the opposition. Just because the other guy is a bully and a jerk doesn’t mean that you have to define yourself the same way in order to beat him.

I’m really getting sick of this spoiled custard and his turd burglars defining the game. I’m getting even more sick of all of you asshats playing along as if the Turd Reich are the smartest people in the room.

What the fuck are you fighting for anyway if you’re willing to give it up so easily? Shame on all of you!

How many years of right-wing propaganda do we have to endure to realize that the election will be close because Trumps people are in endless propaganda loops…like, he has a solid floor and democrats are all polling like 40-44%.

No one is going to wipe the floor with him because technology has been used to lock alot of people into propaganda frames.

Like, if you think he should go because of optics, ok thats your opinion, but on SUBSTANCE his presidency is strong and his polling hasn’t moved much post debate in the aggregate. Like, very possibly they pivot to Kamala to get a quick bump, and then some bullshit RW talking point dominates news cycle in 3 weeks and then return to the “its gonna be tight as shit” norm. Don’t fucking do all this shit because he’s not up by 10 points in the polls, Jesus christ.

If you think anyone is “mopping the floor with trump” you haven’t looked at a single poll regarding his support in the last 8 years. He has a huge base of loyal supporters. These people aren’t even swayed when Trump tells them he’s going to fuck them over.

Obama has never been the kind of guy who Shepherds his party. In fact that was one of his biggest flaws is that he did nothing to nurture and promote the Next Generation. He’s not the Elder Statesman.

How can you be so dogmatic that you would rather run a failing candidate in complete public free fall rather than attempting to do whatever is necessary to save the country from the crypto-fascist psycopaths that want to destroy secular society for an entire generation at best.

You may be okay with Biden and the DNC repeating 2016, and giving it the “Aw, golly-gee schucks. We did our bestest” on November 6th. I, however, am not. Fuck every single part of that. You either don’t give a shit, or you don’t understand how stupid the average person in this country actually is. Biden is not going to win, no matter how much you want to wring your hands and cope. It is time to pull the fucking rip cord, and do whatever is necessary to win.

Its not a few articles. NYT has done nearly 200 articles and editorials on Biden bad debate and continued coverage of same subject/him being removed.

Like, its a full course press to push a specific narrative, they learned nothing from 2016 and the disproportionate coverage compared to Trumps authoritarianism-- both in debate and in general, is complete bullshit, a “But her emails” 2.0 being spearheaded by dogshit CNN and NYT.

I want to be clear I don’t think questioning Biden is a problem–he’s performed shitty lately. If you think he should be replaced, thats reasonable, ill support whoever the dem candidate is regardless.

I’m talking about endlessly covering every bit of minutia on this while generally ignoring Trumps fascism. Mainstream media is a major part of the problem.

The public chorus is not just “a few articles”. If you think that is what is going on here then you need to do some serious reevaluation. The narrative has fundamentally shifted in a new way, and it ain’t shifting back.

We will see which one of us sized up the situation correctly in t-minus 4 months.
