Good grief, has she not seen all the advances in medical technology in the last 50 years? Life saving technology? How can someone with such high qualifications be this stupid?

And on a side note, she also says ‘AI is for everyone’. if AI is for everyone, why doesn’t she champion for companies to stop putting AI technologies up behind paywalls and subscriptions? 🤔

    Vaccine advances have definitely been important, good call. The other stuff mentioned is technologically advanced but affects relatively few people. Most of us haven’t needed MRI scans, robotic surgery, etc. I’ve had a few conventional X-rays but never an MRI.

    I’ve sometimes thought about this question (usually with the timeframe 20 years rather than 50) because of the extreme cost of health care in the US. Most of us can stay healthy without the latest tech interventions.
