Left wing violence is a means, not an ends; the reason you see so much egregious violence from fascists is that violence and its emotions are the ends for them, it’s what they set out to achieve. And a functional local government wouldn’t allow that kind of sophistry and would treat that exactly like illegal rent increases. But you can’t have both landlords existing and any level of functional government.
