Its not foolproof but I swear I saw somone maintaining a list, possibly hosted on github.
It was bringing awareness to (fully) open source apps/devs that had started using vibe code or partial AI in the app/software code in some way.
I can’t even remember some of the more surprising offenders but wanted to check over my installs.

Exactly. Just like how in the last few years both closed and open source apps/services have more transparency on privacy policys and permersion requirements (and reason). There should be a similar statement for AI use in development and the end product.
I don’t want to be using an app that had a lot of permissions to find out its 100% vibe coded by a turkey. It’s a disaster waiting to happen.
