Basically Cyberpunk 2077 MMO, with more of everything. But also a good single player story.
i.e. more body types, more cyberware, more RPG options/builds. More missions, mission types which favor different builds (i.e. stealth vs head on assault vs speed vs hacking). More environments (including space) and other cities around the world, and the Net as well, with more to explore.
for example for GTA VI I’ve extracted from the recent gameplay preview these activities:
basketball
jetski
hovercraft / airboat
motorcycle races
car races
shooting gallery
robbing people, robbing every single store you can go into
parachuting
kayaking
working out to gain permanent stats
boxing / MMA
wrestling
underwater diving
really I actually want a functioning economy, complete with the possibility to work and scheme and murder your way up any company, own any real estate, operate any factory, etc. Even work as a janitor if you want to. i know that’s really unrealistic, but a man can dream. (the closest to the economy simulation thing is the recently released PC game big ambitions, but it’s just not the same. there’s also shadows of doubt for a fully simulated single crime-ridden city, but again not the same.)

i would add onto this more open world activities
