It’s honestly getting kinda bad. It’s like my body forgot how to actually fall asleep. Room conditions are good, am tired, not fucking around on screens or anything, mind not wandering… just laying there, eyes closed, but very much awake. For like hours, before finally actually falling asleep.

So I’m just perpetually tired, but mornings are like actual zombie mode.

Appointment is made though… will probably be on drugs soon.
