    Yeah, pretty much. I’m enjoying having it do some stuff for me. The people making it are absolute lunatics.

      I haven’t really found a use for AI that is actually beneficial to me. The only time I run across it is via forced search engine automation, and half the time when you read the actual sources generated for it they do not match, or are not being correctly interpreted by the AI.

      From what I’ve seen it seems to be mainly useful for people working in tech.

        What industry do you work in? I’ve found it extremely helpful for research and finding solutions to engineering related problems.

          I work in orthotics and prosthetics, basically I evaluate patients, build, and then fit people custom braces and fake limbs.

          It’s a really small field and it is really hands on. It’s hard enough for students to find actual books on the subject, let alone something that has enough available information for an AI to scrape from. I think the last time I checked my field was one of the lowest professions at risk to be affected by automation in the future.
